ANZCCP is now an approved Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC), please review our Terms of Reference and Procedures. As we are now a HREC we are able to accept applications from medical practitioners seeking to become Authorised Prescribers for medicinal cannabis products.

Our application fee will include a year of ANZCCP membership and course access with a requirement to pass the online test as part of the Authorised Prescriber application process.
Registration for APs are now open, click below to either register as a new AP or renew an existing AP.
Please note, generally applications from medical practitioners with **non-practising, limited, student, provisional registration (requiring supervised practice), or conditions placed on their registration will not be considered for the Authorised Prescriber scheme.
Once the Authorised Prescriber Application is formally approved, the AP is approved for a period of 2 years.

Application Fees
The application fee for assessment of an application is $990 for new applications which includes 2 years of ANZCCP membership and 1 year AP course access, if you are only looking to renew your AP the fee is $590. Payment should be made at the time of submission of the application form.
